A discussion where we include several topics within the nursery. We advise that this package is split into two sessions.

​
​Clients who book a follow-on consultation at the same time as their initial consultation will receive a discount on the follow- on session. The follow-on consultation must be booked and paid for at the same time as the initial consultation and be scheduled within 3 months of the initial session. Cancellation or rescheduling of either session may affect eligibility for the discount.

How it works
Initial Contact​
The nursery contacts us to enquire about our services. We then send them an electronic complimentary “Settings Pack” containing 6 documents that we feel are valuable to managers and owners of nursery settings. We then invite them for a 15-minute FREE consultation.
Introduction
In the 15-minute FREE consultation, together we outline which areas the setting feel require advice and guidance. We then discuss the above packages and suggest which one would suit their requirements.
Consultation
1. Once we have agreed on the package ,we arrange a date for their consultation.
2. The consultation will take place online via video call.
3. We then work through the agreed areas / topics together.
4. During the consultation we advise them to take notes of everything discussed.
Follow On
It is often advisable to use a follow-up call to clarify any questions as they begin to implement the ideas discussed. There is no obligation – it’s just there if they feel they need it.
